I’m a father of three and husband of one, an activist, a surfer, a business owner and a single member of a wonderfully rich community of people in a small town on the west coast of New Zealand’s North Island.
I have no qualifications but have had a few experiences and every one of them is valued. I am dead scared of failing but I’ve learned that each action I take sets me up for the next and I trust that when intuitive inspiration is acted upon, anything is possible… So I tend to “give things a go”.

With the plundering of most of the world’s land-based mineral deposits, the new frontier for the global mining industry is seabed mining. Almost every government with rights over marine areas are currently clambering to enable this destructive practice, still in its experimental phase, to take place in their waters and the scale of what is
